What a great time we had in October 2015. So glad that they are now on trip advisor so we can let people know the wonderful experience we had with Binond as our guide. My husband and I are both in our mid 50's and from the time we left Kathmandu until our return everything we expected went to plan. The 16 days through the Annapurna region was spectacular. The knowledge that Binod had of the area was great, he was able answer most of our questions and those he didn't know he would find out and let us know. We can not recommend highly enough Binod and his team. Please give them ago when you visit Nepal. We will be back again. It will be our 3rd time. Laurie and Spencer. Queensland Australia.

The treking we had in Nepal is unforgetable. As two women from Turkey, we enjoyed every moment of that trip since we felt so secure with Binod Pokheral on the beautiful mountains. He was so well and professional that I strongly recommend him.

My father and I had the pleasure of doing a 19 day trek with Binod Pokharel in the Spring of 2014. From morning to night, Binod went out of his way to make our trek as smooth and enjoyable as possible - a truly once in a lifetime experience (well, not entirely true; we had such a great trip that I returned a year later with 16 high school students to do a similar trek!).
Choosing an accomplished and knowledgeable guide will make all the difference in your trekking experience. I know for us that we were lucky to end up with someone as dedicated and accommodating just by chance (we are both avid photographers and Binod showed great patience as we took photo after photo!!!), but I would give my whole hearted recommendation to anyone else planning a trek to use his services.

Great trip with Binod

I was interested in traveling to Nepal and I was lucky enough to be given Binod's contact details by a colleague who I was working with. My colleague had been on an expedition with Binod a few years earlier and had thoroughly enjoyed it. I contacted Binod by email and he replied straight back, supplying me with all the information and details I needed to design a trip to the Annapurna region for 5 days. Binod organised my whole itinerary for the trip, including sightseeing in Kathmandu, a flight to see Everest and a return internal flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and the trek to Poon Hill itself. I trekked with Binod from Pokhara to Poon Hill and back and he organised all of my accommodation and food. The standard of both was fantastic and so was his company. His attention to detail and inter-personal skills were excellent. His knowledge of the area and rapport with the local people was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better guide. I also had the opportunity to meet Binod's family in Kathmandu which made a fabulous end to the trip. Binod is a very caring and professional guide who really does have his client's best interests at heart and I would recommend his company without reservation.
Binod, Chiran, Radiss, Jagat and Vishnu of Nepal Pioneers Treks were fantastic to guide us during Annapurna circuit. What a spectacular and enjoyable trekking experience! I feel grateful and can’t thank enough the team for their expertise, knowledge, patience, caring support and generosity. We were a group of six trekkers and we completed the famous circuit. Thank you Nepal Pioneers treks to have made it a success for all of us. I would recommend this agency to anyone interested to trek in Nepal.
